Ishwar, Jeev and Prakriti are the three beginningless elements. Jeev gets out from the Birth-Death cycle by doing good deeds and abstaining from sins during Human Life. This is called Moksha which is for a determined time. After the time of Moksha is completed, the Jeev comes back to the Birth-Death cycle.
The book tells that Moksha is not forever.
