Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

Please note our shipping policy as follows:

• We deliver to almost over India. Please check the availability of shipping service at your pin code.
• Each order is shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall to place separate orders for separate destinations.
• We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 1 – 4 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from distant warehouse or suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 28 days of the ordering date, we may cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, the balance money against the unshipped part of the order will be refunded though crossed cheque.
• We ship on all week days (excluding Sundays/public holidays/national holidays).
• Ordinarily all Delhi & NCR deliveries are completed within 1-2 days post shipment. Delhi NCR deliveries are completed within 2-4 days post shipment, excluding the date of shipping. Rest of India deliveries are completed within 7-10 days post shipment, excluding the date of shipping.
• To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we ship through INDIA POST only.
• Order Packages up to 500 grams will be sent through Speed Post and above 500 grams will be sent through Business Parcel Post.
• While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
• If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at +91 96501 83336 or mail us at eshop.thearyasamaj@gmail.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
• The image displayed for any product on our website is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.
• No time commitment for the deliveries would be entertained. However, we will try our best to get the delivery done as per requested time.
• In case of floods / heavy rains / national bandh / agitation / curfew etc or any other natural calamity / disaster, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date depending upon the situation.

Shipping Charge Calculation

• Shipping is charged on the total weight of all items in the order to ensure minimum shipping charge.
• Shipping Charge is calculated on two parameters i.e., Weight and Delivery Area.
• Customers are advised to adjust total weight of their order to minimize the per item shipping effect.
